
Morgan Lindsay
Biography
Professor Lindsay teaches Legal Research and Writing and serves as Co-Director of the Appellate Advocacy Program for Internal Competitions.
Before accepting a full-time teaching position with Pepperdine, Professor Lindsay practiced law for nearly a decade at the law firm, Sidley Austin LLP. There, she advised major corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies, on complex regulatory and appellate issues, with particular expertise in the freight rail industry.
Earlier in her career, she had the great honor of clerking for the Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and for the late Honorable Ronald S.W. Lew, Senior Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Professor Lindsay is admitted to the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar.
