Biography
Mark Travis practiced labor and employment law for 25 years before becoming a full-time neutral in 2009. He is a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and holds a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where he also teaches employment dispute resolution. He is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators, is a Distinguished Fellow in the International Academy of Mediators, and is also a Fellow in the American College of Civil Trial Mediators.
