Biography

Daniel A. Spitzer is an attorney with Spitzer Legal, APC, practicing primarily in the areas of plaintiff side catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice. He received his B.S. from the University of Redlands and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Additionally, while at Pepperdine Mr. Spitzer earned a Masters in Dispute Resolution, with special focus on mediation advocacy, from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and a certificate from the Geoffrey H. Palmer center for Entrepreneurship and the Law, where he also served on the executive board. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Spitzer had a twenty year career in business with experience ranging from international high technology startups to petroleum distribution.

Mr. Spitzer is recognized as a Southern California SuperLawyers 'Shooting Star' (an honor reserved for the top 2.5% of all attorneys), he is a recipient of recognition as one of America's Top 100 Personal Injury Attorneys, and he holds Martindale-Hubble AV Preeminent status, for the highest peer reviewed levels of skill and ethics.
