Washington, DC Facility and Housing

Pepperdine University's DC building is located at 2011 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, in the heart of DC. The building is located four blocks from the White House, three blocks from the Farragut West Metro Station (Blue and Orange lines), and four blocks from the Farragut North Metro Station (Red line).

Classes meet in the multi-use Wave Room on the graduate floor (6th floor) of the DC building. Limited graduate housing (11 studio apartments) are available on the 6th floor. Housing applications may be made through the University's Housing Office.
