The Certificate in Dispute Resolution is a 14-unit program (12 units for Pepperdine JD students) offered to those who possess a bachelor's degree. It consists of the following requirements:

    • Arbitration Law*, Arbitration Practice and Advocacy, International Commercial Arbitration, International Commercial Arbitration Practice and Procedure, International Commercial Arbitration Theory and Doctrine or Investor Advocacy Clinic**
