Sessions will go over programs available, the application process, tips for applying, financial aid and scholarships from an admissions representative

The following sessions will include:

Master of Laws (LLM) Programs and LLM Full Tuition Scholarships

Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at 6:00 am PST

Learn about Pepperdine's Master of Laws (LLM) programs, application requirements and scholarship options. An overview of each of the LLM programs will be covered to help applicants decide on the best match. This includes Pepperdine's LLM in Dispute Resolution, LLM in International Commercial Arbitration (ICA), LLM in International Commercial Law and Arbitration (ICLA), LLM in International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution (ICLDR), and US Law and Dispute Resolution (USLDR). Pepperdine has partnered with several dispute resolution organizations to provide full-tuition scholarships. Details on the scholarship programs and application process will be covered. The LLM is an advanced degree of law, so this session will be geared towards lawyers, judges and law graduates looking for an advanced law degree.

Master of Dispute Resolution (MDR) Program and Partial Scholarships

Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at 12:00 pm PST

Learn about Pepperdine's Master of Dispute Resolution; designed for professionals in the field this program is available on a part-time or full-time basis with courses available in Malibu and West Los Angeles. Participants will learn about the programs requirements, scheduling options, tips for submitting a strong application, and scholarship options. The MDR program is designed for professionals in non-law fields (business, human resources, counseling, etc) and will require the minimum of a bachelor's degree to apply.

Program Options for Attorneys and Judges

Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 6:00 pm PST

This program is designed for practicing attorneys, judges and law graduates looking to gain training in dispute resolution and will go over both academic and professional training opportunities available. This will include the LLM or Certificate program, and short term training options like the Professional Skills Program, Mediating the Litigated Case, Women's Negotiation Academy or Strategic Negotiation. With many program options available for professionals looking to enter the dispute resolution profession, this session will be geared towards attorneys, judges and law graduates looking at entering the dispute resolution field.
