Carlos E. Gutierrez is the Chief Strategy Officer at Larta Institute, overseeing all aspects of the organization's strategic focus and business development efforts with clients, including U.S. federal agencies, universities, industry partners, and regional economies around the world.
Prior to joining Larta, Carlos served on the management team of FirstLook.com, an Idealab company and venture-backed start-up. Carlos also previously held senior management and marketing positions with the Los Angeles Times Online and Mecklermedia Corporation, as part of the initial team launch team for Internet World Magazine. Carlos graduated from Cal State University, Northridge with a degree in Business Management.
Chief Operating Officer
Constanza is the Chief Operating Officer at Larta Institute. Constanza manages all financial aspects of the organization, and the development and delivery of Larta's various technology commercialization programs, including: personalized consulting, workshops, showcase events and research papers. As part of the organization's senior management team, Constanza also contributes greatly to Larta's strategy and fundraising activities. Constanza has been part of the Larta Team since the beginning of 2004.
