Greg Greenway is executive director of Threshold 2009, a nationally recognized initiative to engage large numbers of citizens in meaningful dialogue about how to solve regional housing problems. Greg has been a public affairs representative, nonprofit manager, and land use advocate in San Mateo County since 1999. In addition to his work with Threshold 2009, he has served as executive director of the Seaport Industrial Association, promoting the benefits of a working waterfront in the Redwood City port area. From 2004-2007 he was a program manager at the Child Care Coordinating Council of San Mateo County, where he managed funds for child care facility development and advocated for improved linkages among child care, housing and economic development. Greg is a founding board member of the Housing Leadership Council of San Mateo County and chair of the economic development department of the Redwood City/San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce. He received a B.A. in development studies from U.C. Berkeley and did graduate studies in political science at Stanford University.
