Marcelo Rosadilla is a Brazilian Attorney, Mediator, Adjunct Professor of Negotiation, Mediation and Cross-Cultural Conflict and Dispute Resolution, Associate Director, and Diversity Officer for the Diversity Council at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. Prof. Rosadilla previously practiced Commercial Law in his own law offices in Brazil, and taught Law in a few colleges and universities in the country before moving to the U.S. to work as a Foreign Legal Consultant in the San Diego area. After 15 years of professional activity, he chose Pepperdine as the prefect place to learn more and explore the area of Dispute Resolution. With his experience and knowledge as a Lawyer and as a Mediator, Prof. Rosadilla was able to contribute to the advancement of Dispute Resolution in the Los Angeles area, with significant pertinent work at ICANN, On Deck Mediation, Collaborative Law Offices of Ron Supancic, CAMP (California Academy of Mediation Professionals), CCR (Center for Conflict Resolution) and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority.
