CAROL A. CHASE received her undergraduate degree in history from UCLA, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her JD from UCLA Law School, and was a member of the UCLA Law Review. She worked as a litigation associate at two law firms, Hughes Hubbard and Reed, and Skadden Arps Slate Meagher and Flom. She also served as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office in Los Angeles. Professor Chase joined the Pepperdine faculty in 1990, and co-authored "The Art and Science of Trial Advocacy" with Dean Tim Perrin and Professor Harry Caldwell.
