Charles R. Eskridge, III

CHARLES R. ESKRIDGE, III has been a partner with the commercial litigation law firm of Susman Godfrey L.L.P. since 1996, where he has focused his practice on complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Before returning to Houston after law school, he served as a law clerk to Byron R. White, Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court; Charles Clark, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; and Howard M. Holtzmann, U.S. Arbitrator of the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal in The Hague. Charles graduated summa cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, and now serves on its Board of Visitors, as well as the University's Alumni Leadership Council. He and his wife Monica live in Houston with their two daughters, Amelia and Riley.
