Registration deadline: Registration and all event signups must be completed by Monday, October 4, 2010

Cancellation Policy: Full refund will be given if a cancellation is received by Monday, September 13, 2010. If received after September 13, 2010, but before September 27, 2010, a 50% refund will be given, with conference materials on CD provided. After September 27, 2010, no refund will be given but substitution of an attendee is permitted.
