About the Program

Featuring a faculty of nationally recognized experts in dispute resolution, this comprehensive program provides three days of unique educational opportunities for practicing professionals. Participants will network with nationally prominent faculty, as well as participants from the other specialties at plenary sessions, lunches, and receptions. To provide for personalized instruction, enrollment for the course is limited to ensure a close working relationship among the faculty and participants. Course sessions will include lectures, small group discussions, and practice exercises. Faculty and other participants will also provide performance coaching. The synergy of ideas will provide a truly unique learning experience. Early enrollment is recommended as past programs have fully subscribed.

Registration Fee

The registration fee, including meals and materials, is $319.00.   Payment is due in order to hold your space.

Should a paid participant be unable to attend, the tuition, less a non-refundable fee of $100, will be refunded.  Refunds for tuition paid by check will require a W-9 form submitted to the University.  This is for internal purposes only to generate a refund check.  The refund is not taxed nor would a 1099 be issued.

Note: When canceling, we require notice by Monday, June 16, 2014, or an additional $50 food service fee will be deducted from the registration amount.

Guarantee

All programs of the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution are offered with a satisfaction guarantee. If a participant completes the program and is dissatisfied with the course content or performance of the faculty, the tuition fee will be refunded.

Tax Deduction

Education expenses (including enrollment fees, course materials, and travel costs) may be deductible if they improve or maintain professional skills.
