Straus Adjunct Professor Linda Meyer addresses “The Kinds of Issues Discussed in Mediation” in a presentation inspired by the hundreds of cases she mediates annually. Linda also discusses the role of the lawyer in the process and comments on important it is for a mediator to balance the interests of clients and their legal representatives. Her comments inspire additional discussion regarding the role of the lawyer in the mediation process.
