Pepperdine-JAMS Full Tuition Scholarship
The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law is pleased to announce that JAMS is sponsoring a full-tuition scholarship for Pepperdine's International Commercial Arbitration LLM. JAMS is the largest for profit provider of mediation and arbitration services in the United States, with offices in more than 25 cities and more than 300 retired judges and senior lawyers on its panel. JAMS has been focusing on international opportunities, including the opening of an office in London, and sees this scholarship as an expression of its support for future international arbitration practitioners. Pepperdine-Beijing Arbitration Commission Full Tuition Scholarship
The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine School of Law is pleased to announce that the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC) is sponsoring a full-tuition scholarship for Pepperdine's International Commercial Arbitration LLM.
BAC is a not-for-profit permanent organization devoted to providing a forum for impartial and efficient alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation. It was founded in 1995 following the passage of the Arbitration Law of the People's Republic of China. The BAC focuses on contractual and property-related disputes, both commercial and international, among citizens, legal persons and other organizations. Since its founding, the BAC has grown into the foremost arbitration commission in China providing its services to both domestic and foreign parties. From an initial annual load of only a handful of cases, today the BAC consistently ranks among the top in both in the number of cases accepted and the total disputed amount. As the foremost arbitration commission in China, the BAC is regarded by Economic Intelligence Unit as "the only local arbitration commission which meets or surpasses global standards". Fulbright Program for Foreign Students
Fulbright Program for Foreign Students is a scholarship sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with the purpose of increasing the mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries. It sponsors foreign students, teachers, professionals and scholars to study, teach, lecture and conduct research in the U.S. and vice-versa, through approximately 1,800 student grants.
Its program is administrated by binational Fulbright Commissions/Foundations or U.S. Embassies, so the applications for scholarships must be submitted in the students' home countries, which will respectively determine their requirements and deadlines as well as their own students' program eligibility and selection procedures.

Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program
The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program brings emerging leaders in key professional fields from Eurasia to the United States for one to two years of graduate study at institutions across the United States. The Muskie Program is open to graduate students and professionals from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan for one-year non-degree, one-year degree, or two-year degree study in the United States. In order to be eligible for the Muskie Program, applicants must currently reside in their country of citizenship.

JAMS Foundation- Weinstein International Fellowship Program
The Weinstein International Fellowship provides opportunities for individuals from outside the United States to visit the U.S. to learn more about dispute resolution processes and practices and to pursue a project of their own design that serves to advance the resolution of disputes in their home countries.
Applicants should submit a proposal with the specific objective of increasing the scope of dispute resolution in their countries and in the world. The fellowship of up to U$25,000.00 is awarded to fellows from countries that do not have an established culture of using mediation for cases in litigation.
The criteria for eligibility to the fellowship are:
Preference for proposals that would help applicant's home coutry establish viable dispute resolution systems or change how disputes are resolved
Preference for applicants who have expierence as lawyers, law professors, court administrators, government officers, ADR practitioners, or judges
Application deadline is usually in December.

The Rotary Foundation
Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarships were founded in 1947 and is Rotary's oldest scholarship program and it's scheduled to end in 2013. It will be subdivided into two different grant program pilots, which involve a three-year test of the new grant structure offered in the Foundation's Future Vision Plan.
District Grants – Grants to be distributed by districts according to their own discretion. Grants may be granted to scholarships without restrictions on the level (secondary, university, or graduate), length, location (local or international), or area of study, or on the dollar amount. It serves to fund humanitarian and educational projects and activities, either locally or abroad, that relate to the mission of the Rotary Foundation.

Global Grants – Grants to be distributed towards larger, more sustainable projects developed by clubs and districts in the six areas of focus.

Organization of American States
OAS Academic Scholarship Program – Scholarship awarded for undergraduate and graduate programs at a university in an OAS Member State. It may be a "self-placed" kind of scholarship, in which the candidates apply directly for admission to the universities of their choice. Such scholarship, however, is limited to be awarded on the ratio of one per Member State.
The scholarship is awarded for a maximum period of two academic years and up to a total of U$30,000.00 per academic year on a full-time basis, which includes tuition, other scholarship benefits, and administrative costs.

German National Academic Foundation (Studienstiftung)
With more than 11,000 scholars, the Studienstiftung is the largest and oldest organization sponsoring the academically gifted in Germany. A number of scholarships are available including the Becerius Law Programme (if includes research project) and the ERP Fellowship Programme.

Belgian American Educational Foundation

IIE Iraq Scholars and Leaders Program
The Institute of International Education's Iraq Scholars and Leaders Program is a scholarship program for Iraqi citizens. It provides scholars with "extensive support" for a degree program in the United States.

Aga Khan Foundation Scholarships
The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding students from developing countries who have no other means of financing their studies. Scholarships are awarded on a 50% grant: 50% loan basis through a competitive application process once a year in June or July.
Scholarships are mostly provided for Masters-degree level applicants. Some doctoral degrees will be considered, but not short-term programs or current studies.
The Foundation accepts applications from countries where it has branches, which at present include Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Syria, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Mozambique, Madagascar, France, Portugal, UK, USA and Canada.
Applications for 2013 - 2014 start January 2013.

The CFUW is a voluntary, non-partisan, non-profit, self-funded bilingual organization of 10,000 women university graduates. Bolashak Scholarship Program
Created in 1993 and sponsored by the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Bolashak Scholarship program provides funding for talented youth to study at top universities in the world. Applicants must 1) be admitted to the leading foreign university for graduate, doctoral and residency training; and 2) upon return maintain continued employment for a period of five years of training and practicing in Kazakhstan.
