Trial Teams Earn Acclaim Nationwide

(clockwise from the top) Professor Christine Goodman, Stephen Faulk, Matinique Sims, Paul Smith, and Milton Foster. The team was the regional champion of the Black Law Student Association's Thurgood Marshall Trial Competition held February 15 to 19, 2006, in San Diego, California, and a semi-finalist in the national competition held March 22 to 26, 2006, in Washington, D.C.

Patricia Swain (left) and Kelly Craven were semifinalists at the Chicago Bar Association's Moot Court Competition held in November 2005 in Chicago, Illinois.

Dan Bane (left) and Ted Holmquist won the national championship title in the International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition held October 26 to 30, 2005, in St. Petersberg, Florida. They were semi? nalists in the international round. Holmquist was also named the Best Oralist in the final round, and placed second in the Applicant's Brief.
