Jeffrey M. Cunningham
Chairman and CEO of NewsMarkets
William P. Foley, II is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) and Executive Chairman of Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS).
Bill has always been generous with the time he devotes to educational and community organizations. He is currently serving as a Trustee on the Boards of The Bolles School, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens. Bill's additional professional directorships include Winter Sports, Inc., Florida Rock Industries, Inc. and SCRIPPS Florida Funding Corporation.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1967, after which he served in the U.S. Air Force and attained the rank of Captain. Bill also received an M.B.A. degree from Seattle University and attended the university of Washington School of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree in 1974.
Jeffrey M. Cunningham is Chairman, CEO of NewsMarkets, publishers of Directorship and Global Proxy Watch, and their affiliated website, www.directorship.com. He participates in all aspects of the business and writes a column, Coda, for the magazine each issue.
Prior to his acquiring Directorship in 2005, Jeff was a partner with Schroders, the British venture capital and asset management firm. Before that he was president of CMGI Internet Media, and for a 20 year period he was publisher of Forbes Magazine.
Jeff also serves on the boards of Countrywide and TheStreet.com, and is non executive chairman of Sapient. He is also a member of the advisory board of CSIS and chairs the MGH (Massachusetts General Hospital) Cancer Center Advisory Council.
