The Palmer Center hosted the second Foley Lecture on Friday, March 28, featuring distinguished speaker Professor Richard Epstein.
Professor Epstein addressed Pepperdine Students, Faculty and Staff with his lecture, "The Mortgage (Or, Subprime) Meltdown: Why One Bad Decision Deserves Yet Another". Questions were presented for discussion by Pepperdine Professors Grant Nelson, Shelley Saxor and Mark Scarberry, and from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, Professor Dan S. Schector.
