VIRGINIA MILSTEAD is a litigation associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. She graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004, after which she clerked for the Honorable Florence-Marie Cooper in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcón in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
