Brad Cox

Brad Cox serves as Managing Director for Trammell Crow Company where his primary focus is on the overall performance and profitability of the Los Angeles Business Unit. In his capacity as Managing Director, Brad is responsible for raising capital, setting investment strategy, creating deal flow, advising on financing, asset management and overseeing the day-to-day activities for the Los Angeles Business Unit. The Los Angeles division portfolio currently includes:

• Sun Valley Industrial Park: a 33-acre, 531,000 SF multi-tenant industrial park in Los Angeles
• 301Ocean Avenue: a one-acre, 19 unit luxury residential project in Santa Monica
• Pasadena Gateway: a 8.44-acre, 440,000 SF commercial office development in Pasadena
• Corporate Pointe at West Hills: a 80-acre, master plan office development in the
• West San Fernando Valley
• 6th and Bixel: a 200,000 SF mixed-use development in downtown Los Angeles

Brad is also responsible for overseeing the regional portfolio of 4.5 million square feet of premier office properties, including the landmark Century Plaza Towers in Century City and The Water Garden, an international award winning project in Santa Monica. Brad also directs the marketing and leasing for the new 2000 Avenue of the Stars, a 775,000 square foot trophy class building, in which he was a crucial part of the development and leasing from the entitlement process to its premier in January 2007.
