London Program: Summer 2013

Classroom Location and Housing

Classes will be held at Pepperdine University's London House at 56 Prince's Gate, London, SW7 2PG in the exceptionally nice Knightsbridge/South Kensington area of London.  See the Cultural Experiences tab for more information about the area.

As is usual for the summer session, student housing is provided at a flat fee for the seven week class and finals period at a residential hall.

The school-provided housing is optional, and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Students who have applied to the program and submitted all deposits may submit the housing form for the summer housing.

Housing for Summer 2013 is located in North Gower Street, a two minute walk from both Euston and Euston Square underground stations and around 10 minutes from Russell Square station with a 15 minute ride on the Piccadilly Line to South Kensington, the nearest stop for the Pepperdine House.  The shared apartments at North Gower Street include fully equipped kitchens which include cooker, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer and microwave, as well as spacious living areas with flat-screen TV. All apartments include wireless internet connection. There is also a safe in each shared bedroom to lock away valuables. Numerous restaurants, cafes and bars can be found within a short walk of the apartment building, as well as the British Library, several of the colleges and institutes and the main administrative centre of the University of London, St Pancras International Station (Eurostar train to Paris and Brussels), the British Museum and the Inns of Court.
