Financial Assistance

The Office of Financial Assistance is a professional, three-person team committed to providing students with financial aid resources to meet the educational costs of attending the School of Law. Our staff is available to assist students with all financial aid processes including application procedures, resource comparison, and the utilization of funds. In accomplishing such, the School of Law provides more than eighty-six percent of its student body with some form of financial aid.

The Office of Financial Assistance implements an ethical approach of administering financial aid and maintains integrity as stewards of the federal financial aid programs. The goal of our office is to provide equity and consistency in the delivery of financial aid funds. Our guidelines model the Federal Student Aid Handbook and all staff is reliably kept abreast of federal and institutional regulations, policies, and procedures.

Throughout the academic year, the Office of Financial Assistance provides informational workshops as well as brochures on several topics specific to student borrowers. Some of which include entrance and exit counseling, financial planning, and loan consolidation. We encourage all students to take advantage of these valuable sessions.
