Order of the Coif Welcomes Pepperdine Law
The executive committee of the Order
of the Coif, an honorary scholastic society of law schools, has
approved Pepperdine to establish a chapter at the School.
Pepperdine is the first to gain admittance to the society in
four years.

Pepperdine Law Review Selects Student Articles
Eight student articles have been
selected for Vol. 36 of the Pepperdine Law Review. Topics
include law and choreography, class action unfairness, expanding
judicial discretion, and even indoor tanning.

Pepperdine on Apr. 4 for a symposium that addressed free speech
law in the 20th century in relation to current challenges, such
as extremist/terrorist speech, campaign fundraising and
spending, and mass media in the digital age.
