Welcome to the Career Development Office (CDO)

The CDO provides specialized support and resources to assist current students and alumni with their professional development goals and job search efforts. Services offered include:

• Career Counseling: From one-on-one job search strategies appointments, to networking assistance, resume and cover letter review, mock interview programs, interviewing skills workshops, reciprocity, and special practitioner presentations.
• Job Listings: Visit JDConnect (formerly Symplicity), a superior online job bank database that allows employers to post jobs, and law school students and alumni to create a profile and search for jobs.
• Career Links: Visit our Career Links for a list of helpful career sites.
• Recruiting Programs: Attended each Spring and Fall by several hundred employers looking to hire Pepperdine students for various positions.
