Professor Muller earned his B.A. summa cum laude from Hillsdale College and his J.D. summa cum laude from Notre Dame Law School, where he was a note editor on the Notre Dame Law Review. His research and writing focuses on election law, particularly federalism and the role of states in federal elections. At Pepperdine, Professor Muller teaches in the areas of civil procedure, complex civil litigation, election law, and administrative law.
