Dean Tacha is Duane and Kelly Roberts Dean of
the School of Law and professor of law. Previously,
she was a Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Tenth Circuit, since January, 1986. She served as Chief
Judge from January 2001 through 2007. Dean Tacha
earned her bachelor of arts degree from the University
of Kansas in 1968 and her J.D. from the University of Michigan in
Ann Arbor in 1971, and was a White House Fellow (1971-1972).
